Guarantee

What you buy from us must do what you may reasonably expect of it, for as long as you may normally expect. This is called the statutory guarantee (conformity). It always applies and nobody can limit it. Even if the supplier shipped the product directly, you arrange the guarantee with us.

What does that mean?

• If the product is broken or does not work as it should, we repair or replace it. This costs you nothing, not even the shipping costs.
• If repair or replacement is not possible, or takes too long, you get (part of) your money back.
• If something goes wrong in the first year after delivery, we assume the product was already faulty, unless we can prove otherwise. In Belgium this is two years.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, an accident or normal wear and tear. With handmade pieces, small differences in colour and shape are part of the product; that is not a defect.

Extra guarantee from the manufacturer

If a manufacturer or we ourselves give an extra guarantee on a product, it is stated with the product. It comes on top of the statutory guarantee, never instead of it.
