Terms and conditions
These are the terms for everything you buy in the Maison Layali webshop. We have written them as clearly as we can. Is there anything you do not understand? Just ask us.
1. Who we are
Maison Layali is a trading name of Kaabmedia.

2. What these terms apply to
These terms apply to every offer in our webshop and to every order you place with us. You read them before you order, and you receive them with your order confirmation so that you can keep them.
3. Prices and offer
All prices are in euros and include VAT. You see the delivery costs in your basket and at checkout, before you pay. You never pay import duties, customs charges or extra VAT on delivery. You never pay extra for a payment method.
We do our best to describe everything correctly. If a price or description contains an obvious mistake (one you could reasonably have noticed), we are not bound by it. We will let you know straight away and you may cancel the order free of charge.
If a product is no longer available after you ordered it, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund you within 14 days.
4. Your order
The purchase is concluded as soon as you click "Order with obligation to pay" and we have received your order. You immediately receive a confirmation by email with your order, the price and these terms.
5. Payment
You pay in advance, online via Mollie. At checkout you see which payment methods you can choose, such as iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, credit card and PayPal. If you choose to pay later or in instalments, the terms of that provider also apply; you can read them when you pay.
Read more about paying on Payment.
6. Delivery
We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. We do not ship all of our pieces ourselves: the supplier sends them directly to you. For every product you see, before you order, how long the delivery time is, which country it is shipped from and who ships it.
We deliver within the delivery time shown with the product, and always within 30 days, unless we agreed otherwise. If we cannot, you may cancel the purchase free of charge and we will refund you straight away.
If you order pieces from different suppliers, your order may arrive in more than one parcel. You pay the delivery costs only once.
Even when the supplier ships it, we remain responsible for your order: for the delivery, the guarantee and your return. You arrange everything with us.
The product is your responsibility as soon as it has been delivered to you.
Everything about delivery is on Shipping and delivery times.
7. Cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)
You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving the product (or, with several parcels, the last product). During that time you may cancel the purchase without giving a reason. The easiest way is the button "Cancel the contract here" at the bottom of every page.
How this works exactly, what is excluded and the model form are on Right of withdrawal.
8. Returns
You always send a return to our return address in the Netherlands, even if the supplier shipped the product. You pay the cost of sending it back yourself. You get the purchase price, including the standard delivery costs, back within 14 days using the payment method you paid with.
You register a return on Returns.
9. Guarantee
What you buy from us must do what you may reasonably expect of it. That is your statutory guarantee; we cannot limit it. If something is wrong, we repair or replace it free of charge, or you get (part of) your money back. This also applies if the supplier shipped the product.
More about this on Guarantee.
10. Complaints
Not happy with something? Let us know within a reasonable time and we will look for a solution together. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot work it out together, you can go to court.
How to make a complaint is explained on Complaints.
11. Your data
We handle your personal data with care. How we do that is explained in our privacy policy.
12. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to your order. If you live in another country, such as Belgium, you keep the protection that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
If we change these terms, the terms in force at the time you ordered apply to your order.
