Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind. During that time you may cancel (withdraw from) the purchase without giving a reason.

How long?

The cooling-off period lasts 14 days from the day on which you (or someone you appointed, not the carrier) received the product. If you ordered several products that are delivered separately, the day you received the last product counts.

How do you cancel the purchase?

• Online, the fastest way: click Cancel the contract here (at the bottom of every page, in your order confirmation and with your order). You immediately receive a confirmation with the date and time.
• By email to info@maisonlayali.nl, or by post to Maison Layali (Kaabmedia), Prins Mauritsstraat 62, 2628 SV Delft. You may use the model form below for this, but you do not have to.

You are on time if you send your withdrawal before the 14 days have passed.

What happens next?

Within 14 days we refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery costs (if you chose a more expensive way of delivery, we do not refund the difference). We use the same payment method you paid with, unless we agree otherwise. This costs you nothing extra. We may wait with the refund until we have the product back, or until you show that you have sent it back.

Send the product back within 14 days of your withdrawal to our return address: Maison Layali, Prins Mauritsstraat 62, 2628 SV Delft. This also applies if the supplier shipped the product. You pay the cost of sending it back yourself.

You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If the product has lost value because you used it more than was needed to judge it, we may deduct that.

When does the cooling-off period not apply?

For sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once you have broken the seal.
