You have 14 days after receipt to register a return. Look up your order with the order number and your email address.

Not right, or not what you were looking for after all? You can send it back. You have 14 days after receipt to register a return, and then another 14 days to send the parcel.
How it works
- Register your return: with your order in My account, via the link in your order email, or on Returns with your order number and email address.
- Send it to our return address in the Netherlands: Maison Layali, Prins Mauritsstraat 62, 2628 SV Delft. Even if a piece was shipped by the supplier, you send it to this address.
- Pack the product well, preferably in its original packaging, and drop off the parcel.
- As soon as we have the parcel, you receive an email. Within 14 days of your return the money is back in your account, via the same payment method.
Who pays for sending it back?
You pay the cost of sending it back yourself.
In what condition?
Send the product back complete, with all its parts. You may inspect and try it as you would in a shop. If you used it more than was needed, we may keep part of the amount.
What cannot be returned?
Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once you have broken the seal. See also Right of withdrawal.
Received it broken or wrong?
Then sending it back is free, of course. Register your return and choose the reason, or get in touch with us.
