Nero Green serving bowl, 23 cm

A generous porcelain serving bowl, 23 cm in diameter, with a deep green-blue glaze flecked with copper and bronze. The bowl is made in Egypt and glazed there by hand, for L'AMAR, a father-and-daughter family business from Lisse.

Because the glaze is applied by hand, it runs slightly differently on every bowl. That gives your bowl its own pattern. Against the dark green, the colours of a salad or a bowl of fruit stand out nicely.

Set it in the centre of the table with a salad to share, pasta, rice or a pile of bread. The porcelain is dishwasher, oven and microwave safe, so you can warm a dish in it and bring it straight to the table.

Material: Porcelain, glazed by hand

Care: Wash by hand and do not leave it in water for long. Do not put it in the dishwasher or microwave unless the description says you may. Hand-painted pottery differs slightly in colour and line from piece to piece.
