Luxor Palm napkin

A napkin in ecru linen with a hand-embroidered palm tree in soft pink, green and brown. It is handmade in Egypt, entirely by the women of Malaika's training centre.

Malaika opened its own embroidery school in Cairo to breathe new life into this old craft and to give women an income of their own. Once they have mastered the craft, they embroider at home or in Malaika's factory. The napkin is 100% linen and measures 46 x 46 cm.

The palm is a modest accent: it gives your table a decorative detail without making it busy. Pair the napkin with the Haramlek placemat, or let the palm return in the bathroom with the Luxor Palm guest towels.

Care: Follow the care label. Wash inside out on a low spin, separately the first time, and preferably dry on the line.
